Your Responsibilities :

• Supervise and instruct service technicians during commissioning and service work, including both our own employees and technicians from our international partner companies.
• Analyze malfunctions and determine technical solutions.
• Prepare offers for emergency assignments, repairs, and maintenance.
• Document maintenance work and ensure timely and goal-oriented execution of assignments.
• Perform technical calculations for system components and refrigeration products (e.g., refrigeration machines, cooling towers, accessories).
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and quality guidelines.
• Acquire orders within the service area.
