Location : Germany Remote and open to surrounding regions

Reporting To : Senior Account Manager, Germany

Our Client :

We are seeking a proactive Account Coordinator to join our team at a groundbreaking beauty brand known for disrupting industry norms with its clean, cruelty-free products.

With a growing presence in international markets, this position is crucial in supporting our major national accounts and expanding our customer relationships in the EMEA region.

You will work closely with the Account Managers to provide administrative and organizational support, helping to resolve queries and streamline communication between customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities :

  • Customer Query Resolution : Liaise with internal teams to address customer queries, including stock shortages, pricing issues, and financial or invoicing concerns.
  • Sales Reporting and Support : Provide detailed sales reporting and data to the sales leads and support them with PO creation and management.
  • Contract Administration : Lead the efficient management of retailer and vendor contracts.
  • Documentation Management : Implement and maintain an effective documentation and filing system.
  • Product and Item Management : Stay current with product launches, ensuring accurate item and product setup with retailers and managing product copy translations for EU / ROW markets.
  • Product Sampling Coordination : Efficiently manage the ordering of GWPs, samples, and product samples as budgeted.
  • Retailer Meeting Coordination : Assist in setting up retailer meetings, including booking meeting venues, arranging catering, and decorating the room appropriately.

Candidate Requirements :

  • Location Requirements : Based locally in the market, with a willingness to travel within the region.
  • Language Proficiency : Fluent in both the local language and English.
  • Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in business administration.
  • Professional Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Administrative Skills : Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability : Ability to handle rapidly changing priorities with speed and efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Proven ability to drive alignment, collaboration, and deadlines across large cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
