Lead and inspire a team to provide top-tier customer service and beauty consultations.

Drive sales, meet revenue targets, and create an engaging shopping experience.

Manage daily operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation.

Train and mentor team members, ensuring they are product experts and customer-focused.

Drive marketing initiatives, including promotions and social media engagement—bring insights into Korean beauty trends and a creative approach to enhance brand visibility!

Maintain high standards of compliance, safety, and operational excellence.

A motivated leader with experience in retail or customer service management.

Strong sales and relationship-building skills.

Passion for beauty products and willingness to continuously learn.

Fluency in English and German (additional languages are a plus!).

Experience with POS systems and retail software.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
