Senior Medical Writer

Responsibilities :

• Develop and update content for various commercial assets, with an additional focus upon omnichannel implementation on digital channels (including banner ads, emails, sales rep materials such as iDetail, social media posts / content and websites) as well as printed material (including posters, slide kits, patient guidelines, sales content, leaflets and conference materials).
• Ensure compliance with medical, regulatory and legal guidelines to Germany legislations and regulations, including client internal policies, therefore ensuring content is supported by authentic and up-to-date references.
• Work in partnership with a graphic design team (on the needs for copy and content), with the brand and production teams on briefs, workshops and project deliveries.
• Being compliant to quality, confidentiality, and security; adhering to and following quality systems, processes, and policies;

and being compliant to training and specifications.

Qualifications :

• Native German with good business English language skills.
• Bachelors / Master's Degree
• 3+ years of experience, including an in-house creative or agency role working with Pharma sector clients
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements in market in the fields of respiratory & immunology, cardiovascular, renal & metabolic, oncology and rare diseases
• Relevant experience and being skilled in SEO copywriting, pairing best practices that drive traffic (keyword research), with compelling copy, encouraging a desired action, is a distinct advantage.
• Experience working within a large multi-national company in a matrix corporate environment preferable
