To strengthen ourquality management we are looking for a QUALITY MANAGER FOR PLANT ENGINEERING (m/f/d).

You will take responsibility of the following activities:

• Optimisation and maintenance of the quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001
• Assistance in compliance with procedures and processes in accordance with valid quality requirements
• Tracking of the relevant KPIs trajectories
• Development and optimization of internal processes in exchange with process owners and different departments
• Preparation and implementation of certification audits as well ascontact person for auditors and external consultants
• Training of employees to comply with quality guidelines and ensure quality requirements

Required profile:

• Completed studies in e.g. mechanical engineering process engineering industrial engineering or training as an auditor with sound professional experience in plant engineering
• Several years of professional experience as a quality manager in plant engineering especially in dealing with quality standards and their practical implementation
• Further training as a quality management officer is an advantage
• Sound expertise in quality management and relevant standards (especially DIN EN ISO 9001)
• Structured detailed and analytical way of working and a process-oriented solution-oriented mindset
• Good organizational skills and time management
• Very good knowledge of German and English both written and spoken
