You will be joining the team as a Construction Partner Onboarding Manager. You will be responsible for all activities related to onboarding, support and induction of new construction partners. You will oversee the processes from signing the contract through to the first project start.

• You’ll be responsible for onboarding, supporting and inducting new construction partner companies
• Planning training courses & creating onboarding guidelines
• You’ll be planning orientation programmes
• You will cover all documentation with new construction partners
• Experience in Civil Engineering
• Experience coordinating teams
• Desirable if you have previous experience with onboarding
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent German & English
• Up to €70,000
