• Email Campaigns: Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing automated email marketing campaigns.
• Data Analysis: Support in monitoring key performance metrics and generating reports to improve automation strategies.
• Marketing Technology: Work with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) to help create workflows and customer journeys.
• Segmentation & Targeting: Assist in audience segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance customer engagement.
• A/B Testing: Conduct testing on email templates, subject lines, and workflows to optimize campaign performance.
• Process Optimization: Support in automating repetitive marketing tasks and improving existing workflows.

Requirements

• Enrolled student at a university or college in the field of marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English with high-level stakeholders
• Basic understanding of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data analytics
• Eager to learn and take on responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Structured and analytical working methods

• Our Work Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of 1.566,00€ for a 20h/week and 1.253,00€ for a 16h/week, and our Interns 1.400,00€
