Our client is a fast-growing, owner-managed company spearheading the transformation of traffic and mobility towards a greener future. With 110 employees across four locations, they operate as a global team. Join their motivated team in the Cologne area as a Project Manager and help shape the sustainable future! Your responsibilities will include :

  • Cultivating strong relationships with our client's customers and fostering excitement about their contactless charging systems.
  • Collaborating with customers to identify their existing challenges and devising innovative solution concepts together.
  • Overseeing project planning, implementation, and reporting.
  • Involvement in research and development projects, overseeing the coordination of developers' tasks.
  • Continuously enhancing our client's project processes, methods, and project-specific software solutions.
  • Securing follow-up orders within your projects through active acquisition efforts.

Requirements

  • A successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on R&D.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the current technological landscape.
  • Strong customer orientation as a defining trait.
  • Enjoyment and proficiency in teamwork, coupled with creativity and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated high motivation and enthusiasm.
  • Proactive embrace of new challenges and a passion for thinking innovatively.
  • Fluent spoken and written German and English .
