YOUR TASKS

• Support the renewal process by sending notifications, preparing quotes, and tracking responses
• Communicate with customers via email and phone to confirm renewals and provide necessary information
• Flag potential at-risk renewals to senior team members
• Identify customer contact data and update CRM systems with renewal data and customer interactions
• Provide support for the renewals team
• Learn and adopt best practices for renewals and customer retention
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual renewal goals
• Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested
• Support escalations to successful outcomes for both customers and the company

YOUR PROFILE

• Up to 1 year of experience working in inside sales, customer service, customer success, or renewals within a B2B software business.
• Understand both direct and channel go-to-market sales and renewals
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and track multiple renewals efficiently.
• Self-motivated and a self-starter; work on your own as well as in a team
• Experience and understanding of network monitoring or security, a plus
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
