We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Applications Manager to lead a dynamic team in optimizing and integrating business processes across our SAP architecture. You will play a key role in harmonizing digital transformation initiatives, collaborating across multiple sites, and driving innovation in Industry 4.0, IoT, and cloud technologies.

Your Responsibilities :

Lead and develop a team of 5 employees , fostering professional growth and strong collaboration.
Coordinate the design, harmonization, and integration of business processes within SAP applications.
Plan, design, and execute harmonization and digitalization projects across all project phases.
Align strategies with multiple reporting units and locations , balancing different requirements and objectives.
Continuously develop innovative solutions and identify future trends in digitalization, IoT, Industry 4.0, and cloud technologies .
Prepare and conduct workshops to drive knowledge-sharing and best practices.
Create decision documents and technical documentation in line with company standards.
Collaborate with local and central IT teams, on-site departments, and international

Your Profile :

Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.

Experience in team leadership , strong people skills, and intercultural competence.

Deep expertise in SAP architecture and its interfaces within a manufacturing environment.

Strong technical understanding of manufacturing business processes and SAP integrations.

Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills .

Ability to drive change in a dynamic and global environment .
