DCS Support Engineer

As a DCS Support Engineer (m / f / x) based in in the general area of Northern Germany, you will be responsible for the configuration, documentation and commissioning while offering support to the customers' inquiries, mainly taking place at their site.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Provide commissioning and start-up support at customer sites.
• Support system installation, upgrades and on-site maintenance of DeltaV systems.
• Analyze, document and solve technical customer requests and inquiries.
• Support trainings of customer engineers or operators on site.
• Escalate problems to specialists in EMR Support Centre for further investigation and follow up problems until solution is implemented.
• Actively support the sales and service team leader to sell service contracts and its renewal.
• Participate in the Emerson On-call service.
