AI Consultant

The consultant(s) will be expected to perform the following tasks :

• Evaluate the organization s digital maturity and readiness for advanced tools and solutions including an assessment of existing technological human and financial resources
• Develop a comprehensive report summarizing findings recommendations and an implementation plan. This includes strategic recommendations that include a realistic timeframe with prioritized solutions.
• Develop a benchmark report for the organization s digital platforms.
• Analyze the digital ecosystem and user journeys using the Digital Knowledge Commons (DKC) framework. Recommend AI tools to improve information discovery and enhance content packaging for audiences.
• Analyze current knowledge management systems and practices identifying gaps and needs. Recommend and support implementation of solutions for improved knowledge search packaging sharing and retention.
• Identify opportunities for AI integration to enhance the digital presence and optimize content visibility and accessibility. Recommend AI tools relevant to the organization s needs which should be aligned with organization s goals.
• Outline and implement AIbased packaging opportunities for improved knowledge delivery.
• Advice on AIdriven tools and solutions for other outreach purposes.
• Workshop or training session(s) for staff.

A degree and / or extensive experience in the field of Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Knowledge and Data Management, Digital Transformation, or a related field. Experience in implementing AI-powered tools for content platforms, including content tagging, search enhancement, and content personalization.
