JOB DETAILS

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in expanding their enterprise accounts by ensuring the company is successfully adopted and implemented across engineering divisions. You will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, understanding their unique requirements and delivering customised strategies to help them achieve business objectives, such as reducing time to market or lowering costs.

Working closely with their solution engineers, you will help design tailored solutions to optimise their customers' product development workflows.

Additionally, you’ll partner with sales and product teams to identify upsell opportunities, provide actionable customer insights for continuous product innovation, and work with the marketing team to showcase customer success stories.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

  • Over 7 years of proven experience in customer success, account management, or technical consultancy, with a focus on enterprise accounts and a demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer-aided technology tools and their applications in engineering industries such as aerospace and automotive.
  • Expertise in analysing customer data and metrics to identify risks, prevent churn, and consistently drive growth opportunities.
  • A proactive, solutions-orientated approach, backed by a history of managing enterprise accounts and delivering measurable growth results.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering or a related topic
  • German language proficiency to communicate effectively with local customers and stakeholders.
