Logistic Service Coordinator Airfreight Export (m / f / d) for our Frankfurt office :

Your tasks :

Legally compliant handling of air cargo shipments
Customs clearance using Atlas / AES
Personal and intensive customer service and coordination with our overseas offices / agents
Preparation of quotations and invoices
Monitoring and optimizing work processes and checking results
Recording and handling complaints
Meeting deadlines
Compliance with deadlines
Optimizing workflows and monitoring results

Exemption Type Exempt (Salaried) Job Requirements

Your profile :

Experience of minimum 3 -5 years in Airfreight

Commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services coordinator or equivalent

Work experience in handling airfreight export shipments

Confident use of MS Office applications

Good written and spoken knowledge of German and English

Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures
