Your Tasks :

Outbound Prospecting :

Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure seamless handovers to the sales teamWork with account executives to prioritize high-quality opportunities and meet quotasCollaboration and Improvement :
Partner with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategiesAnalyze performance share insights and stay updated on industry trendsYour Profile :
Successfully completed studies in business administration sales marketing or comparable commercial training1-2 years of professional experience in sales lead generation customer acquisition or a related roleProven success in identifying qualifying and engaging potential customers with a focus on building long-term relationshipsStrong communication skills with a passion for customer interaction and a service-oriented mindsetResults-driven with a resilient motivated attitude to excel in a dynamic environmentProficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce; experience with marketing automation platforms is a plusA structured independent work style with a high degree of initiative and accountabilityVery good written and spoken German and English skillsOur Benefits :
