Job Description
In a Nutshell
In this role, you’ll attract and engage targeted audiences through social media at the top of the funnel by increasing reach, frequency, and content consumption.
You’ll curate the company’s bike network priorities into a compelling strategy and communicate them globally with exceptional execution.
Engaging Global Audiences
In this role, you'll ensure Red Bull connects with global bike audiences through social media, sparking positive conversations that convert to brand equity.
By utilizing a consistent, inclusive, and authentic tone, you'll build meaningful consumer relationships and foster brand loyalty.
Shaping Social Strategy
Leading the social media strategy for Red Bull’s bike initiatives, you'll craft both overarching strategies and project-specific briefs.
Implementing innovative social formats across various touchpoints, you'll align content with the bike strategy and meet business objectives.
Innovating and Executing Social Initiatives
Managing external freelancers and agencies, you'll ensure daily deliverables align with the bike network strategy. Additionally, you'll drive social innovation, adapt content for emerging media platforms, and oversee the creation and publishing of content for bike projects, athlete initiatives, and events.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience publishing content to major brand social media channels, optimizing social content, and a passion for telling strong and authentic stories.
- Strong ability to critically analyze social media, digital products, video consumption patterns, and social media platform algorithms.
- Experience in video production / editing, editorial work, design, and photography.
- Detailed understanding and awareness of social platform trends, content formats, and language, with an investigative mindset that continually evaluates the changing environment.
- Well-organized team player with a self-starter mentality and the ability to communicate efficiently and reliably in a multilingual, multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English; other languages are considered an asset.
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.
229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
