A Japanese excipient manufacturer is looking for a motivated and team-oriented Sales Manager to lead their excipients sales in EMEA region (Europe Middle East and Africa).
Frequent business trips up to 50% in the EMEA region are required.

Sales Manager Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main contact for distributors, channel partners and direct customers from the pharmaceutical and food industry
- Work closely with the technical team to address complex customer needs, leveraging each other's expertise to deliver sound solutions
- Stay updated on the latest product developments and technical advancements, continuously enhancing knowledge to provide clients with informed guidance on product capabilities and usage
- Conduct regular on-site visits across Europe and North Africa, with travel expected around 50% of the time, to maintain client relationships and identify growth opportunities within the territory
- Gather market insights during client interactions, sharing feedback with the etechnical team to help inform ongoing product development and improvement efforts
Sales Manager Ideal Candidate :
- Experience in the excipient business for pharma and food
- Business fluent English
- German language is advantageous
- Mind-set of a team player with a strong sense of collaboration, able to work s with both commercial and technical colleagues to achieve the shared goals
- Understanding of Japanese business culture or Japanese language is advantageous
