Order Manager

Your daily workout

• You are responsible for the order fulfillment of our Global Operations with a focus on North American customers and partners from receipt of a signed contract through the successful implementation of EGYM products
• You work cross functionally to manage the coordination and planning of equipment deliveries, product trainings, and mobile app implementations while aligning with our Global processes
• You act as a project manager holistically for the contract for all EGYM products by coordinating with customers and internal departments (supply chain management, finance, aftersales, Customer success management and logistics)
• You are responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and retrieving data in our CRM system
• You provide exceptional customer service by acting as a liaison between EGYMs customers and our internal teams and proactively coordinating of necessary interactions with external and internal points of contact
• You drive efficiency by ensuring a successful order flow in accordance with EGYM’s operational processes
• You will play a pivotal role in fostering healthy relationships with our customers while simultaneously impacting the development and efficiency of our processes as we continue to grow
• You will help drive revenue daily
