WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Supporting the ESG Manager in executing ESG and Sustainability projects at both strategic and operational levels
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of market developments, regulatory initiatives, and customer requirements in the context of ESG and Sustainability, and visualize results
  • Assist with Decarbonization and ESG reporting efforts
  • Aid in creating and implementing processes to further integrate ESG and Sustainability into the company
  • Play an active role in the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of committee meetings, workshops, training sessions, and other internal events

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You have a passion for ESG and Sustainability and are motivated in advancing associated practices within organizations
  • Currently enrolled in a master’s program (preferably in the beginning stages) focused on ESG and Sustainability; alternatively, enrolled in a business administration, natural sciences, or social sciences program with a strong emphasis on ESG and Sustainability
  • Strong project management and self-organization skills
  • First work experience through internships or a working student positions) preferably in the field of ESG and Sustainability, is necessary
  • Knowledge of current and upcoming corporate ESG matters and frameworks Climate Change, Circular Economy, GHG Protocol, OECD Guidelines) and regulatory frameworks Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive [CSRD])
  • Advanced proficiency in the use of MS Office applications (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Business fluent in English; advanced proficiency in German is a plus
  • Team player who is also able of working independently
  • High level of initiative with a hands-on mentality and enjoyment of working in a dynamic and intercultural environment
  • Eager to continuously learn and broaden your expertise
