The Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine (FSTM) at the University of Luxembourg contributes multidisciplinary expertise in the fields of Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences and Medicine.

About the role...
- Participate and contribute to different microbiome and cancer related projects and support them by technical assistance
- Develop new methods and techniques to address research questions
- Support with in vivo animal experiments (mandatory)
- Ensure scientific quality management and respect the rules of quality assurance
- Active participation in meetings
- Collection and analysis of data
- Help with the organization in the laboratory
- Participate in experiments within different microbiome and cancer related projects
- Collect, interpret, and analyse research related data and results
- Ensure proper scientific documentation (e.g. protocols, reports)
- Document performed experiments and analyses in a lab book
- Participate and present obtained data in meetings
- Participate in the generation of scientific reports
- Contribute to general tasks in the laboratory
- Contribute to cooperation with other research organisations
The activities can be subject to changes or adaptations if required by the project, the structure or the needs of the laboratory.
