To support our team we are looking for a Working student in global purchasing (m / f / d) with a maximum weekly working time of hours at our location in Munich.

Your tasks : General, operational

Setting up and maintaining new suppliers in SAP / iValua (Supplier Management Portal).
Generation of purchase orders in SAP Material Module (MM)
Administration of material information in SAP MM
Follow-up of purchase orders (delivery, invoice, order confirmation)
Generating of monthly reports

strategic

Support the procurement team in the qualification of new suppliers.

Collaboration in supplier evaluation and classification

Preparation of comparative offers and support in supplier communications

Support in the management of supplier contract data

Participation in and development of KPI reporting

Participation in projects and support of the purchasing management

Profile :

You are in a business or technical degree program and

are confident in the use of common MS Office applications. You also have good knowledge of Excel.

You are characterized by analytical skills and a structured way of working.

You are fluent in German (mandatory) and English and preferably knowledge of another foreign language.

Team orientation and a high level of commitment complete your profile.
