Bosch Building Technologies is divided into the international product business and the regional system integration business.
Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-divisional functions within the division are to be set up as an independent unit and then further developed as a sustainable core business by a new owner.
- International and interdisciplinary cooperation : As Supply Chain Risk Management Analyst (f / m / div.), you will be part of the new company to be set up in the future and thus contribute to a globally networked team of around 4300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries.

- Your tasks include monitoring and enforcing compliance with local and international regulations related to our supply chain operations, including labor laws, environmental regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- You collaborate with legal and compliance teams to stay updated on regulatory changes and their impact on supply chain practices.
- You drive the development of SCRM strategies (preventiv and reactive) and initiatives across the supply chain (e.g., cybersecurity, natural hazards, geopolitical risks, financial risks, etc.
and the progress of the necessary IT system landscapes.
- You are responsible for identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities within the supply chain concerning social, environmental, and ethical issues.
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SCRM considerations into product designs, sourcing decisions, and business processes.
- You develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address supply chain disruptions and maintain responsible business practices.
- You track key performance indicators related to SCRM and are responsible for reporting accordingly.
- You stay abreast of emerging trends and issues in supply chain responsibility and proactively adapt strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
Qualifikationen
- Ausbildung : Successfully completed studies in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Sustainability, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience and Knowledge : Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or risk management. Ideally, you have knowledge in SCRM procurement, including compliance management, contract management, environmental standards, data protection, cybersecurity, and risk management.
Experience in enforcing compliance in international business environments is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, data analytics, and Power BI is advantageous.
Personality and Working Practice : Strong analytical skills, communicative and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and quick adaptability to new situations.
Languages : Very good written and spoken German and English skills
