Head of Accounting and Finance (f/m/d)

Telecommunication technologies and solutions provider with offices around the world, including innovation and development centres.
Now, they are expanding their business in Germany.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise across countries accounting and finance teams which are in UK and Germany
- Respond to the entire Accounting & Finance Operation Management including AP, AR, P / L, Cash flow, Account Reconciliation, Taxation, Reporting and Forecasting
- Daily monitoring of accounting activities
- Improve accounting quality and provide comprehensive financial analysis
- Prepare the financial annual plan to ensure the completion of financial objectives
- Provide accounting and financial reports
- Respond to tax planning as well as maintain good cooperation relations with stakeholders (government sectors and external audit firms)
- Complete the annual review of import VAT and TAX
- Involve in annual group internal and external audits and obtain qualified audit reports, together with providing and preparing sufficient documents
- Make sure the legal entity and person compliance comply with the regulations.
- Respond and approve the financial budget
- Build up accounting and finance teams in UK and Germany
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 8 years of overall hands-on experience in the fields of Accounting and Finance
- Team management experience
- Experience in Accounting and Finance in manufacturing would be advantaged
- ACC or CIMA accounting certificate is required
- Basic knowledge in IFSR and GAAP
- SAP system using experience
- Business communication skills in German and English
