As an ERP Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the integration between the software we use and our agile customer project requirements. You will act as the interface between internal users, external service providers, and contribute significantly to the efficient use and process optimization of our globally deployed ERP system. Develop yourself into a long-term subject-matter expert and support us in the tasks of further developing the software, taking responsibility in projects, and conducting workshops and training sessions.
Your Tasks
- Functional and administrative management of the ERP system
- Responsibility for the future expansion of the system, such as establishing feature packs
- Introduction & temporary management of a 1st Level ERP support by key users
- Support of the 2nd Level ERP support
- Close collaboration and requirements management with key users and external service providers
- Pre-)conception, testing, and approval of customizations
- Designing interfaces within the system landscape and coordinating external services
- Conducting internal workshops and training sessions
- Expanding the authorization concept through role definitions and adjustments
- Involvement in managing regular ERP updates
- ERP license management
Your Profile
