SAP Finance & Budget Consultant (Senior)

Job Description :

Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for an SAP Finance & Budget Consultant (Senior). This resource will be working at our client site in Bonn, Germany.

We are looking for an SAP Senior consultant for a senior SAP expert with wide experience several SAP modules, and particularly in budget and finance areas. The resource will perform an assessment of the current usage of SAP systems, analyse the customer business requirements, perform gap analysis, and finally propose options of ERP implementation (. further ERP modules optimization, customization, usage, or new ERP system (SAP or non-SAP) implementation).

The resource will report to head of SAP Unit and will be required to work remotely, during CET office hours, with three planned duty travels, one week each, to the customer premise, in Bonn, Germany.

Required Profile :

• Assessment of SAP Solution : prepare Terms of Reference, lead and coordinate the SAP team, work in close cooperation with external party, like workshops, review documents, discussions etc.
• Expert in several SAP modules and implementation for international organizations, with particular focus on Finance and Budget
• Experience on ERP systems implementation and projects will be welcome. would be Team Leader for SAP Finance
• Role and responsibilities :

o The senior consultant shall perform an assessment of current SAP system usage and will also perform a gap analysis versus the objective of the organization, that is to implement an integrated budget. The gap analysis will also provide suggested options for reaching the mentioned goals, . with an upgrade or dedicated customization of SAP system or the implementation and usage of a different system.

o Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions .

o Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements .

o Analyse, Design, Document FI / CO modules.

o Maintain close collaboration with different departments and business partners.

o Oversee the implemented financial solution and have a good understanding of the implementation of other modules.

o Knowledge on Bank Communication Management module as well as thorough knowledge on international banking requirements related to cross border payments and XML file format.

Scope of Work / Duties of Consultant :

Senior consultant expert on SAP and ERP implementation, expertise in several SAP modules, with particular focus on Budget and Finance.
