Your tasks :

  • Error analysis together with customer and developing solution
  • Technical support for our customers
  • Participation in projects in the area of complaints management and submission of suggestions for improvement
  • Customer-orientated processing and proper documentation of claims
  • The training (3 - 6 weeks) takes place in Fürstenfeldbruck (Germany)

Your skills :

  • Technical apprenticeship in the field of refrigeration / air conditioning or electrics / electronics (motor management, bus communication)
  • High customer orientation and strong communication skills
  • Good knowlege of MS Office and ERP
  • Fluent English knowledge, German basic would be a plus
