Your tasks :
- Error analysis together with customer and developing solution
- Technical support for our customers
- Participation in projects in the area of complaints management and submission of suggestions for improvement
- Customer-orientated processing and proper documentation of claims
- The training (3 - 6 weeks) takes place in Fürstenfeldbruck (Germany)
