Project acquisition and sales of design services for mechatronic devices and electronic hardware and software projects for the DACH area
Develop and understand business strategies for international customers
Operate as the main point of contact for customers
Build and nurture customer relationship at all decision making levels including senior executives, project management, technical procurement and engineering management
Target and win businesses to maximize profitability
Be the key individual in presenting, selling and delivering Elemaster R&D services which includes concept development, hardware and software and mechanical design services
Achieve revenue / profit targets and tracking of financial performance
Negotiate deals and service agreements
Requirements required :
University degree in electronics or industrial engineering
5+ years of relevant experience in a technical role and sales roles with focus on b2b R&D sales projects or a proven record of achievement and technical solution expertise in a comparable role
Specific experiences in sales or project management or development of electronic and / or mechatronic devices, supported by internal consolidated product and process specialists.
Excellent German skills; fluent English skills; other foreign languages are advantageous
Ability to work with internal teams
Understanding of key financial metrics
Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and strong negotiation skills
