Senior Software Engineer - Frontend / Fullstack (VueJS) (f / x / d)

• Customer Experience is being reimagined. The separation of support + marketing will disappear - leading to a new single category of tools, powered by AI.
• Support data is normally lost - until now . Konvo scans all conversations for actionable insights (i.e. purchase intent) as well as relevant data to be used later in marketing (birthdays, preferences, etc) by the same AI agents.
