Stellenbeschreibung

The Group Brand Strategy & Brand Management team drives four key strategic topics :

  • Brand Strategy & Brand Measurement
  • Brand Management
  • Design & Visual Identity Development
  • Premium Project
  • Visual development of the Group brand
  • Developing visual identity guidelines and assets (e.g. image language, color scheme)
  • Secure visual brand governance & consistency of brand usage
  • Establishing tools & processes to ensure correct implementation of corporate design
  • Being first point of contact for all operational brand questions (design support) & steering of

the design support agency

  • Being responsible for the BMO content from a design perspective
  • Developing templates & stationary (PowerPoint, Word etc.)
  • Translation into applications (e.g. digital)
  • Translation into Group-wide brand architecture & multi airline brand presence
  • Supporting departments and subsidiaries on the redesign of their brands
  • Developing 3D design guidelines and supporting visual projects (New Experience Centre,
  • etc.)

  • Education in graphic, media or communication design
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in companies or on the agency side
  • Understanding of strategic brand management and ability to translate this into corporate
  • design

  • Proven experience in the development of branding projects
  • Professional handling of common graphics programs (InDesign, Photoshop) including
  • hands-on design expert

  • Good feel for typography, image conception and color
  • Innovative, creative and visualization-savvy personality
  • Willingness to go the extra mile, high quality standards for your own work
  • Experience project management
  • Experience making compelling PowerPoint presentations towards senior management
  • Cool head and ability to keep an overview even with a high workload
  • Fluent in English
