Commercial Regional Sourcing Manager, Europe

Viernheim, Germany or Altorf, France

We are looking for a Commercial Regional Sourcing Manager, to join us as a key driver of strategic sourcing across Europe. In this role, you’ll shape sourcing plans, manage supplier relationships, and lead negotiations that deliver real value across a diverse set of corporate services categories including facilities, general services, marketing, HR, and professional services.

Managing a multimillion-euro budget, you’ll partner with stakeholders across multiple departments, and senior leadership to optimise cost, quality, and efficiency while ensuring compliance and effective risk management.

Responsibilities include :

Lead and support regional and local sourcing strategies

Run end-to-end Source-to-Pay activities and drive process improvements

Manage competitive bidding, negotiate contracts, and deliver measurable savings

Build strong supplier partnerships and support diverse supplier development

Conduct market analysis and industry benchmarking

Influence stakeholders to align with sourcing strategy and best practices

Support global sourcing projects when needed

Skills and experience :

Proven buying experience (indirect or direct categories) ideally multi-country.

Strong negotiation, sourcing strategy, and contract management skills.

Proven project and change management capabilities.

Ability to make sound decisions in complex environments.

Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders and suppliers.

Fluency in English and German. French is also a plus.

Willingness to travel 15–20%.
