Your tasks :
Support the employees during daily business
Support and enable the team managers to achieve our business goals
Leadership and steady motivation of our teams
Independent preparation of project-related content and briefings
Further development of process quality
Monitoring, reporting and analysis of project-relevant KPIs
What we expect :
2 year experience in leadership
Excellent oral and written communication skills, specifically minimum C1 English level
Knowledge and understanding of the relevant KPIs
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Positive attitude and self-confident appearance
Structured and autonomous way of working
Ability to resolve conflicts
Flexibility in working hours and high resilience to stress
