We are searching for a regional manager play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, and opinion leaders across the DACH & CEE region. This opportunity offers a chance to contribute to the growth and success of the organisation while making a significant impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

Medical Strategy Development

Develop and implement medical strategies aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of medical affairs activities into overall brand plans.

Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement

Identify, engage, and build relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.

Facilitate advisory board meetings and educational programs to enhance product understanding and usage.

Clinical Support

Act as a clinical resource for internal and external stakeholders.

Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams on medical and scientific aspects of medical devices.

Scientific Communication

Develop and review scientific content, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Represent the company at conferences, symposiums, and other scientific events.

Requirements :

Medical or nursing degree preferred.

Clinical experience advantageous.

Previous experience in a medical affairs or clinical specialist role within the medical device industry.

Strong understanding of the DACH & CEE region.

Native German speaker, and fluent in English.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Travel up to 60%
