Must hold a Psychology degree and possess relevant accreditation from recognized local bodies. Skilled in conflict resolution and crisis management. Proficient in using standard office software applications. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on active listening and empathy. Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality. Capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team member. Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment. Willingness to work onsite 5 days a week. Position : Wellness Coach
Location : Essen Germany

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Equip employees with tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience.
- Lead and participate in wellbeingrelated activities during employee training sessions.
- Reach out to employees proactively inviting them to individual coaching or group workshops.
- Design organize and lead psychoeducational sessions outreach programs and teambuilding activities aligned with departmental objectives.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve employee wellbeing.
- Manage projects or activities as assigned by the Wellbeing Team Manager.
- Monitor collect and report data on employee progress.
- Lead by example in conduct and ethics in the workplace.
- Provide individual oneonone sessions for team members at least weekly.
- Facilitate monthly group sessions for all employees.
- Participate in all relevant training programs for the project.
- Stay informed and comply with company policies safety briefings and updates.
- Adhere to internal company rules and policies as set by management and HR.
