Tasks

How You'll Make an Impact :

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team , fostering a results-driven and customer-centric culture
  • Establish and manage relationships with DACH retail partners and key accounts (both online and offline)
  • Define sales targets , forecast demand , and monitor KPIs to ensure consistent growth and profitability
  • Lead negotiations with logistics service providers and merchandising agencies
  • Strategically manage POS furniture , including negotiations with manufacturers
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain across the entire business value chain
  • Analyze market trends , customer insights , and competitor activities to inform sales strategies

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in the sales area within the DACH FMCG sector , ideally in the beauty / cosmetics industry
  • 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management in the DACH drugstore channel
  • Proven experience in developing Key Account and Sales Operations Managers into senior professionals
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mentality with a passion for cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach and experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms
  • Fluent in English and German ; Polish is a strong plus
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, or personal care products , with a strong understanding of consumer behavior in the industry
