- Research : Establishing and leading a research program in Green Chemistry, with a particular focus on sustainable synthesis pathways, renewable resources, or circular economyPublishing research results in high-ranking international journals and presenting at scientific conferencesSecuring third-party funding (e.g., from the DFG, EU funding programs, or industry partners) to support research projects
- Networking and Collaborations : Establishing collaborations with industry partners to develop sustainable solutions for chemical processes and productsCooperating with other faculties and universities to promote interdisciplinary research approaches in Green Chemistry and sustainabilityFacilitating knowledge transfer between academia, industry, and society
