- Development and improvement of MediaMarktSaturn’s four different store formats
- International steering of projects for new store formats in the countries
- Definition of standards for the rollout of MediaMarktSaturn’s store formats
- Development of international standardized KPIs
- Development of new business models for the store formats

About Us
The department “Store & Business Formats” within MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group is responsible for the development as well as implementation of new store formats within MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. This starts from setting the strategy for our four different store formats based on customer motivation, via steering the implementation of new formats in the countries till the development of new business models like commission or franchise.
