Operations Support Analyst

Position Description

The Operations Support Analy st place of duty will be Headquarters MARFOREUR / AF. The Operations Support Analyst supports the AC / S for Operations (G3) and is the primary action officer facilitating the organization's key battle rhythm events and performing critical information management functions, and also performs a variety of other administrative and financial tasks.

Essential Job Duties

• Facilitate key battle rhythm event
• Perform information management in the Command and Control Information Environment (C2IE)
• Assist management of the Training, Exercises, and Employment Plan (TEEP)
• Performs Global Force Management (GFM) tasks including, but not limited to, responding to GFM Allocation Plan (GFMAP) modifications, conducting Request for Forces (RFF) actions, conducting Request for Support (RFS) actions, and coordinating or briefing GFM matters for the organization at internal and external meetings
• Assist Marine forces deployment planning in the Force Management Tool (FMT) and the Joint Training Tool (JTT)
• Assists in document management in the proper preservation of records.
• Assists in fiscal planning and budgeting.
• Provides general administrative support to the G3 as required
• Reviews official travel authorizations and vouchers as a DTS Routing Official.
