handling internal customer service issues (in wirting only)

quality assurance

constantly reviewing and improving existing processes

supporting new projects

testing of new projects

Your Profile

fluent in English and very good knowledge of one other language e.g. Croatian, Czech, Romanian or Portuguese

good working knowledge of MS Office

nice to have : international travelling

strong communication skills and service mentality

high degree of self-motivation and willingness to learn

ability to work independently and grasp things quickly
