  • In this position you continuously develop concepts processes and IT applications for our SAP HCM application landscape acting as a key expert for HR customers regarding the German SAP time management module.
  • With your technical expertise you actively steer Externals and the international developer team for the SAP-based shift-planning application. You are in close contact with the customer and support them when changes are needed.
  • Furthermore you are responsible for implementing metal tariff agreements and ensuring the resolution of incidents and change requests primarily within the SAP HCM PT area to maintain smooth system operations.
  • You provide technical consulting for PA support in S / 4 and Employee Central projects contributing to the successful integration and optimization of HR processes.
  • A significant part of your role involves close collaboration with German customers as well as geographically distributed IT teams across Europe America and Asia-Pacific to drive innovation and efficiency.

    • Qualifications :

    • Education :   completed university studies in Business informatics or a comparable subject
    • Experience and Knowledge : Excellent knowledge of HR processes; Ability to read and debug ABAP code is beneficial
    • Personality and Working Practice : your confident appearance distinguishes you you have a very good self-organization you see yourself as a team player; your customer and solution-oriented nature complements your overall profile
    • Enthusiasm : you enjoy working in distributed teams of customers consultants and in international teams of software developers and external service providers.
    • Languages :   fluent written and spoken German and English
    • In accordance with our regulations the gross annual salary for this position is at least 86.000 EUR for a 35h week (for a full year of employment and fulfillment of the eligibility requirements based on collective agreements) in the case of a comprehensive execution of job requirements. In addition there is an individual performance-related pay a bonus based on the companys success as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
