Aufgaben
Your Responsibilities :
Product Vision and Roadmap : You play a key role in driving the ongoing development of our software – always from the perspective of clinical users.
Requirements Management : Your knowledge of oncological therapies, infusion processes, and clinical workflows directly informs product design.
Bridge Between Medicine & Technology : You work closely with physicians and developers to ensure our solution is medically sound, intuitively usable, and relevant to real-world practice.
Usability & Quality : You are responsible for continuously optimizing user experience and conducting tests, feedback loops, and evaluations.
Strategic Development : You advance our software with a view toward scaling and internationalization – particularly focusing on the US market.
Market & Competitor Analysis : You monitor trends, analyze competitors, and identify innovation potential to further develop our solution.
Communication & Documentation : You keep all stakeholders informed and ensure clear, well-structured product documentation.
Qualifikation
Professional Qualifications :
Academic background : Completed studies in medicine, pharmacy, or a comparable field – e.g., as a physician or clinical pharmacist.
Professional experience : You have experience in clinical care, ideally in the field of oncology or infusion therapy.
Expert knowledge in oncology and infusion therapy : You are familiar with the processes surrounding infusion therapies and ideally bring insights into oncological workflows – not a must, but a plus.
Analytical and organizational skills : You work solution-oriented, think strategically, and can translate complex requirements into clear development goals.
Communication skills and team spirit : You bring teams together, speak the language of both medical professionals and developers – and find the best solutions together with them. Our working languages are German and English.
Willingness to learn and grow : You are curious, eager to develop, and willing to dive into new topics such as agile methods or regulatory frameworks.
