Activities Key Responsibilities Be our full cycle sales engine : As one of the first sales employees, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and shaping our sales strategy Drive sales execution : You actively develop and expand sales channels, implementing robust go-to-market strategies to increase market share and revenue Lead outreach initiatives : You handle initial contacts, cold calling, and email campaigns to effectively generate leads and close deals Collaborate with management : You work closely with our CEO, Matthias, and are the sparring partner on strategies to drive company growth Requirements This role is right for you if... ✨ You are passionate about sales execution You are a strong communicator , organized, and excel at managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail You roll-up your sleeves and you are comfortable in high-pace environments with quickly changing tasks and requirements You are eager to step into a role with significant autonomy and accountability , where you can directly influence company growth You are motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on the planet Requirements Skills & experience you will need 2+ years of experience in sales execution as e.g. AE or SDR, revenue operations, or a similar role Strong understanding of sales processes and experience working closely with sales teams to optimize performance Proven ability to manage CRM systems; best case HubSpot Fluent in both English and German Nice-to-haves Fluent in French and / or Spanish Application Process Screening Call : An initial discussion to assess the fit between the vacancy and your qualifications and career interests.
