We're partnering with a European SaaS company that’s driving digital collaboration and productivity for teams across industries. Backed by solid funding and a loyal customer base, the team is growing its commercial function in the DACH region and is looking for a strategic and hands-on Account Executive to lead customer growth in Germany.
This role is ideal for a mid-senior sales professional who thrives on owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing to expanding key accounts—and wants to work with autonomy in a flexible, remote-first culture.
What you’ll do
- Own and grow a pipeline of new and existing B2B customers in Germany
- Close inbound opportunities, expand existing accounts, and proactively build new pipeline through outbound outreach
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and retention initiatives across your portfolio
- Engage senior decision-makers in customer organizations and position the platform as a strategic digitalization partner
- Navigate complex SaaS sales cycles, tailoring solutions to meet customer needs
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on go-to-market strategy
- Analyze sales performance data to optimize conversion and account growth
What you bring
2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with proven success in closing and expanding accountsStrong outbound skills – you're confident with cold outreach and qualifying leads beyond inbound flowsTrack record in upselling, cross-selling , and building customer lifetime valueExcellent communication skills , with the ability to explain value clearly and persuasivelyProficiency in German and English (C2 level in both)Hands-on experience with CRM tools , sales analytics, and account planningStrong strategic thinking and ability to prioritize across a diverse account baseAdaptability, creativity, and a proactive mindset to thrive in a fast-moving teamA collaborative, team-first attitude combined with personal ownershipBonus if you bring :
