Staff Engineer– Remote

Our client is a global tech company looking for an experienced Engineering Leader to design and build scalable, high-performance services and applications. This role involves leading technical initiatives, ensuring security 🔒, reliability ⚡, and scalability 📈 , and aligning development efforts with business goals.

Your Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable microservices & APIs

Ensure security, performance & reliability of applications

Lead cross-functional collaboration across teams 🤝

Optimize system performance through proactive monitoring 🔍

Mentor senior developers & drive high-impact code reviews 👨‍🏫

What You Bring

15+ years of experience in software development & architecture

Strong expertise in backend services, APIs & cloud platforms ☁️ (Google Cloud preferred)

Knowledge of frontend frameworks & system integrations

Experience with secure development practices & databases

Excellent problem-solving & leadership skills 🧠

Nice to Have

Experience with GraphQL, OAuth & OpenID Connect

Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs
