About the Role

Join a dynamic and growing company specializing in high-performance data acquisition systems crucial for cutting-edge automotive technologies like autonomous driving and driver assistance systems. As a Junior Key Account Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the success of innovative projects in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in acquiring new clients, identifying growth opportunities, and managing existing accounts.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify new business prospects in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and represent the company at trade fairs and events.
  • Assist in drafting proposals and managing order processes while coordinating with product management and technical departments.
  • Oversee internal processes and support the development of tailored customer solutions through effective project management.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, including negotiating contract terms.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent technical / commercial training.
  • Initial experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B or automotive setting.
  • Strong affinity for technical products and the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach with a strong team spirit.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
  • High willingness to travel to support customers both domestically and internationally.
