Our client is transitioning from being a startup with a proven product-market fit to becoming an internationally expanding scale-up, and they would love to have you join them on that journey!

About Our Client

Our client is a fintech company with offices in Oslo (HQ), Stockholm, Frankfurt, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Johannesburg, and London. With the help of their internal financial experts, they develop technology to simplify all aspects of their corporate clients' (B2B) equity-based incentive programs for employees. They currently work with customers such as Breitling, Telenor, HomeToGo, BitPanda, Proton, and many more. They have doubled their turnover every year since launching in 2018. Now, they're entering a high-growth phase and are looking for a new team member to play a key role in that journey.

About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will be a crucial part of their commercial team and growth strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will drive commercial success in the DACH region from their Frankfurt office. You'll use consultative sales approaches to fuel revenue growth while becoming a trusted advisor to customers—helping them adopt and scale equity incentive programs, and unlocking the full value of our client’s platform. Collaborating closely with Product and Marketing teams, you’ll also help refine their go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Grow the DACH region, win new clients, and drive revenue. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from outreach to onboarding.
  • Analyse market trends and dynamics, translating strategic goals into actionable sales activities, campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Lead market expansion by identifying new segments and use cases. Work cross-functionally to differentiate offerings and build a competitive edge.
  • Provide customer feedback to inform product development and strengthen the overall value proposition.
  • Continuously improve sales methodologies through updated playbooks, tools, and best practices. Optimize processes for better efficiency and results.

  • A strategic advisor mindset, with an understanding of compensation models and the ability to develop creative, aligned solutions.
  • Experience negotiating complex, customized agreements involving multiple stakeholders.
  • A hands-on, proactive mentality and team-oriented approach.
  • Analytical thinking paired with creative sales follow-through.
  • A blend of market analysis skills and tactical sales execution.
