You will be a vital part of our Back Office Physical Contract Operations team supporting our activities in the UK market.

• Maintain regular communication with business partners vendors and other stakeholders. This includes preparing and distributing monthly account statement reports ensuring accurate and timely information sharing.
• Assist in the preparation creation and verification of invoices ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Provide active support for daily operations in both accounts payable and accounts receivable handling adhoc analyses queries and assisting in resolving issues as needed.
• Play a key role in identifying and implementing improvements in invoicing and accounting processes driving efficiency and accuracy.
• Document and optimize the processes related to Contract Operations ensuring all procedures are uptodate and efficient.
• Prepare regular key performance indicator (KPI) reports for internal teams external partners and relevant authorities ensuring clarity accuracy and actionable insights.
• Handle master data maintenance perform corrections monitor data quality and participate in data cleanup efforts.
