Our job opportunity

Today, we are currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant - Security Department.

Your responsibilities

  • Your daily tasks
  • Acting as organisational support to the management of the department
  • Carrying out the administrative tasks inherent to the department
  • Booking, at the request of the Management, flights and hotels for the needs of the department's staff and external speakers
  • Managing and centralising information, drafting information notes for the department's internal communication and working in collaboration with the company's internal communication team
  • Being the active support to the follow-up of the department's projects through the organisation of meetings and the drafting of minutes
  • Ordering and managing stocks of office supplies necessary for the proper functioning of the department
  • Ensuring the replacement of the other assistants as regards the management of the Directorate's agenda and the physical and telephone reception of their interlocutors
  • Your other missions

  • Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior
  • The required profile

    Studies / training

    Bac or relevant experience in a similar position

    Experience

    2 year’ successful experience in a similar position

  • French : fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
  • English : fluent spoken and written (B2 minimum)
  • Nice-to-have :

  • Luxembourgish : the knowledge of this language would be an asset.
