We are delighted to present an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join a highly regarded law firm based in the heart of Luxembourg. Renowned for its excellence in legal services, this firm is now looking to strengthen its administrative team which is already composed of 5 people.

Your Responsibilities | Administrative Assistant – Billing – Support – Law Firm - Finance
- Perform daily administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, filings, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Assist with the preparation and formatting of documents, presentations, and report specific matters to the department.
- Provide reception support during periods when the primary receptionist is on leave, including managing calls and greeting visitors. Please note that this is only a minority of the role.
- Coordinate departmental activities and ensure efficient communication within the team.
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and other administrative needs for the department.
