Administrative Assistant – Renowned Law Firm, Respectful environment

Renowned for its excellence in legal services, this firm is now looking to strengthen its administrative team which is already composed of 5 people.

Your Responsibilities | Administrative Assistant – Billing – Support – Law Firm - Finance

  • Perform daily administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, filings, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation and formatting of documents, presentations, and report specific matters to the department.
  • Provide reception support during periods when the primary receptionist is on leave, including managing calls and greeting visitors. Please note that this is only a minority of the role.
  • Coordinate departmental activities and ensure efficient communication within the team.
  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and other administrative needs for the department.

Profile and Career Path | Administrative Assistant – Billing – Support – Law Firm - Finance

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar administrative role, with at least a few years of experience acquired in a law firm.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, to facilitate communication in a multicultural setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities within a team-oriented environment.
  • Full-time availability is strongly preferred, but part-time applications will be considered for exceptional profiles.
