Job Description

• Identifying and evaluating suitable suppliers and quotes
• External and internal procurement of high-quality, cost-effective products and materials
• Inspecting delivered goods and services for quality assurance and monitoring inventory levels
• Obtaining quotes and negotiating contracts and prices
• Maintaining material and master data in our inventory management system (SAP)
• Supporting our development department in the procurement of prototype parts

Qualifications

• You have completed training as an Office Management Specialist (f/m/d), Technical Business Administrator, Industrial Engineer, or a comparable program.
• You have in-depth knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
• You have strong SAP skills in the MM and PP modules.
• You can read and understand basic technical drawings, bills of materials, and data sheets.
• You possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a good command of German and English.
