To strengthen our team in Tübingen near Stuttgart, we are currently looking to recruit an
IT Specialist (f / m / d) Laboratory Services
Your Responsibilities :
- Provide IT services for our laboratories to ensure a highly integrated and efficient use of IT for enabling our laboratories with solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the laboratory IT services enable delivering our digital and data strategy
- Manage relationships with external service providers for laboratory IT services
- Troubleshoot and analyze applications, interfaces, and systems
- Maintain and keep accurate system documentation, end user knowledge base articles, and work tracking logs
- Further develop and conceptualize specifications and standards
- Provide regular trainings for users and key users
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and apply them to our operations
